Startup&Angels is back in Cambodia this Friday for its third edition, and aims to share meaningful insights, trends and previsions about the Cambodian startup ecosystem. Originally started in Australia, Startup&Angels has shown its remarkabe international prowess by spreading to seven countries, and has now had more than 16 editions since inception.
The event will kick off with Vichet In, co-founder and CEO of Mediaload, the ‘regional Buzzfeed.’ He will share with us the team’s achievements through the incredibly fast development of Khmerload.com and its expansion into Myanmar and Indonesia.
Khmerload.com delivers informative educational and tech content, as well as entertainment and tabloid news and is the first startup in Cambodia to raise funds from Silicon Valley startup investors.
The event will also feature Asia’s ride-hailing application, Grab, by welcoming Yes Wee Tang, head of the company in Thailand & Cambodia to speak.
