Looking for an avenue to seek venture regional funding for your startup? The MIT Inclusive Innovation Challenge (IIC) is calling for entrants from Asia that offer technology-driven solutions that provide a greater economic opportunity for their communities.

If you use technology to reinvent work and create economic opportunities for your community and can demonstrate the impact of the work that you do, register now for one of the four main categories:

  1. Financial Inclusion

  2. Skills Development & Opportunity Matching

  3. Income Growth & Job Creation

  4. Technology Access

Over 1,500 organisations have applied and more than USD $2 million has been awarded to entrepreneurs, innovators and startups so far under the IIC programme. Winners of the 2018 Asia competition can look forward to a total of USD $100,000 in prizes, with the top 12 teams representing the region in the global competition in October. Each of the global grand prize winners of the four categories will receive a $250,000 prize, so if you have a tech startup you think meets the criteria, read more here.

The IIC hopes to support entrepreneurs through recognising and rewarding their technological solutions, and applications for the Asian competition close on May 15, with the award ceremony for winning applications taking place in Bangkok in August. Register here and help to take your startup to the next level!
