I will be traveling to SE Asia in March as part of trip that will begin in Singapore and likely end with a visit to Angkor Wat. Airfares to/from the region from the Eastern U.S. are very reasonable at this time, but they become much more expensive when I attempt to book a flight that would return me home from Siem Reap. Flights home from Bangkok, for example, are more than half the total price and hundreds of dollars cheaper. So, my tentative plan is to just find a regional carrier to get me from REP-BKK and to then fly home from the latter. Am I overlooking anything?
