Hi planning a 5 day trip to the Cambodian islands after Thailand and Siem Reap with my husband and 4 year old son.

We are both in our 30’s and love a bit of atmosphere (being from Glasgow) but really don’t want to be in the midst of the party scene in Koh Rong so are planning on staying in KRS.

Just wondering is there plenty to do in KRS? Places to eat, get a beer, listen to music etc but with a much more chilled vibe?

Also how easy is it to get from KRS to KR and back at night as thinking this could be an option rather than spending the night on KR?

Been looking at the sky Beach resort bungalows on KRS and Malibu Hostel on KR for maybe just one night if the boat transfers stop to early to return back to KRS.

Is Koh Rong and Malibu beach just too wild for a 4 year old that I should leave it altogether? He also loves a bit of atmosphere and dancing to music… We take him to music festivals with us ??

Thanks in advance
