I travelled to Siem Reap from Bangkok by Bus. Overland return journey. It was very safe, hassle less and affordable. I booked the bus ticket from Thaiticketmajor website. collected bus ticket at Siam Paragon Mall in Bangkok. Went to Morchit Bus Station. Bus departed sharp 8.00 am. reached at poipet border around 12.30 noon. bus attendant gave us a badges and we went to immigration. after immigration we headed towards the main road and crossed main road. applied for the cambodia visa recieved with in 10 min. then went straight towards the immigration of cambodia which lies after the casinos. done process for the immigration. bus came forward to pick up. bus company attendant again checked our visa and we entered in Cambodia. after that we reached to Siem Reap at 4.30 pm it was very comfortable. no scams. bus drops us at Sivatha Road, which is very centre of the city. bus company provides breakfast, coffee, juice, lunch ( prawns fried rice from 7/11 stores)
