We are going to stay at The Privilege on Nov 7 coming this week. Our hotel stay contract says we will have free airport transfer but we have sent 2 messages to the hotel thru their own website and 1 message thru their email address but no reply. The hotel website acknowledged the messages were received and reply within 24 hrs but still no reply now over at least 4 days. Anyone had this problem arranging for this free airport transfer?
