Are you having problems using your Australian TravelSim in Cambodia ? They have a known ongoing network problem that has existed since at least 24/04/2019. This is impacting multiple TravelSim users and was escalated to their Level 2 support group four days ago. Despite this escalation it seems that they are either unwilling, unable or simply are not sufficiently motivated to fix the issue. If you are travelling to or through Cambodia then I recommend that you do not rely on TravelSim to make any calls whilst you are there. TravelSim’s Level 1 support group are doing their best to help but they are not even getting feedback from their Level 2 support team on this fault, so do not expect them to be able to help you. Please share this info with any of your friends or hotel guests that are likely to be impacted
